4 Foot Thinking - The Art of Working from the Others Perspective

Making sure we see the world through the eyes of those we work with, lead, want to sell to or buy from can make the difference between success and failure.

There was a company that took adults ideas of games/products for children and tested how children actually respond to the game.  It is called '4 Foot Thinking'.  That idea encapsulates and demonstrates the need we have to not only think about how others will see and understand what we want to do, but to go further in finding ways of getting to see things from their actual perspective - easier said than done, but worth saying anyway.
