Failure To Relate Creates Organisational Failure

Many failures in organisations are failures of relationships, though usually blamed on failures in structure or process.

Most failures of relationship are failures to know and understand fully who we are, and thereby control what we do. Usually blame is placed on the other people involved.

Individual patterns of experience repeat themselves from one job, family, friendship or professional relationship to the next. That is how we know that the source is us, rather more than always everyone else.
