Organisational Problems are Usually Relationship Failures

Most failures in organisations are failures of relationships, though usually called failures in the system or process. <br><br>Most failures of relationship are failures to know and understand fully who we are, and thereby control what we do. Usually blame is placed on the other.

Patterns of experience repeat themselves from one job, family, friendship or professional relationship to the next. That is how we know that the source is us, rather more than the other.
